Praper Media was born in our founder Pratham’s home, as a one-man agency. From there, we’ve grown to become a team of 75+ top creatives, addicted to helping some of the world’s biggest creators grow.

Founder & CEO
A boss on paper, but more of a mentor to us all. Pratham started as a freelance video editor and built Praper at just 21. He believes in letting the team own their roles - and takes pride in how smoothly it all runs. When not planning our next big move, he’s dropping agency wisdom on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Ashutosh Gupta

Ashutosh was meant to be a lawyer but ended up helping shape Praper’s future instead. He works closely with Pratham to turn the next big idea into our next big move - whether that’s building internal systems, launching new ventures, or mapping strategy across teams. Just don’t ask him for legal advice - he still might charge you.

Chief Operations Officer
Jatin keeps the machine running. He leads our 75-person team with calm, clarity, peak efficiency. He’s the go-to for everything from timelines to last-minute chaos, and somehow never breaks a sweat. When in doubt, ask Jatin. He knows, or knows who does.

Divya grew Praper from a 30 to 75-person crew - while building our result-driven and fun culture. She’s quiet and thoughtful when she needs to be, and is always there for everyone when it matters.
